GGC Founder Mike Martin met Casi Joy during a pregame rain delay at a Kansas City Royals game in 2015. After exchanging business cards and listening to Casi sing via the internet, it was an easy choice to book her as the first tailgate concert in GGC Night history! Casi, a Smithville, Mo native, has made a major splash on the Country & Western scene, auditioning for and being selected to compete on The Voice.

2017 Nicholas David w/Grace Maher & Skinny Webb

The Voice sensation Nicholas David, along with Grace Maher & Skinny Webb performed at the 2017 GGC Night w/the T-Bones in Kansas City. Grace, who hails from Shawnee Mission, KS never disappoints with her exceptional voice and pure heart! Grace is one of GGC’s favorite performers as her compassion aligns perfectly with GGC’s love for these amazing kiddos.

Nicholas, a national persona, brought his cool and smooth feel to KC from Minnesota and delivered his unique, soulful sound that we have become accustomed to expect. Nicholas is a master on the keyboards, but possesses the ability to play many instruments with precision. Saint Nick has a great heart for kids, as is evident by his Annual St. Nick’s Day Concert for charity in St. Paul, MN.

2019 Jamie Floyd

Jamie Floyd performed the first GGC Night tailgate picnic concert at a stadium that was NOT named CommunityAmerica Ball Park! GGC stepped outside their norm to expand their Night experiences at other venues, and Jamie DELIVERED! Jamie is a high energy, crowd-engaging performer with an amazing voice. However, Jamie’s best characteristic is her welcoming and compassionate heart. Not only did Jamie provide an amazing performance, but she left Impact Field that night with new, lifelong fans and friends!

VOTH (sounds like ‘both, not moth’) is a 4-member, all sibling group from Tulsa, OK. GGC and VOTH were working on a date for their partnership, when, due to COVID-19, MiLB was forced to cancel their season. GGC will be working with VOTH to partner on an upcoming event. Once again, GGC was able to find extremely talented big-hearts in the music industry that not only entertains at a high level, but also embodies the message and mission of Gold Glove Charities. VOTH, literally, is at the top of our Spotify playlist!

mary kutter, ggc Night w/the mississippi braves, trustmark park, pearl, MS

Mary Kutter is a singer/songwriter from Bardstown, KY. GGC first contacted Mary back in Septemeber of 2019, and within days had an agreement for Mary to perform at our M-Braves event in August of 2020. #KuttersGoingGold was the mantra moving forward toward Pearl, MS 2020. It only took MINUTES for Mary to agree to a GGC Night, which speaks volume about her heart! We already love Mary, even though we have not met her in person! Her music and songwriting talents are incredible, but, as you can expect with any artist playing a GGC event, Mary’s journey is wrought by virtue and nobility! Oh yeah, she may be convinced to work for coffee and tacos!
